Homemade CNC Router Linear Bearings

Im working on a design for CNC Router Linear Bearings using Skate Bearings and Gas Pipe. I want my design to be flexible in terms of use and application and I also want it to be as compact and simple as possible. As of right now it consists of a block cut on a 45 degree angle with a couple holes tapped and drilled. As soon as I get the design in the build stage I will Post some pictures but for now its still in the CAD stages. To me it seems as though Linear Bearings are one of the hardest parts to source when designing and building a homebrew CNC Router. My goal is to make this part of CNC building much easier and affordable.
